At New York University's Stern School of Business, Stephen Miran spoke on his recent paper “ATI: Activist Treasury Issuance and the Tug-of-War Over Monetary Policy." Miran was a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute before being confirmed as the 32nd Chair of the Council of Economic Advisors.
