Daniel Ikenson (@dikenson) is director of the Cato Institute’s Herbert A. Stiefel Center for Trade Policy Studies, where he coordinates and conducts research on all manner of international trade and investment policy. 

Christine McDaniel (@christinemcdan) is a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center. Her research focuses on international trade, globalization, and intellectual property rights.
