Jones Graduate School of Business hosted Katherine Mangu-Ward, editor-in-chief of Reason, to speak on “Limiting Presidential Power,” an event that explored the bipartisan abdication of checks on the executive and examined ways forward. The event was open to Rice students, staff, and the broader Houston community.
