The Adam Smith Society’s Columbia chapter held a private dinner discussion on Manhattan Real Estate development with Shaun Ahuja.

Shaun Ahuja is currently the co-founder and partner in Pulsar Living - a development group solely focused on creating residential projects which are wellness-oriented for buyers interested in living a healthy and holistic lifestyle. At the start of 2016, Pulsar Living is developing a residential project in downtown Manhattan.

Previously having lived in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, Shaun's professional focus is centered on residential real estate development and high-end residential brokerage in Manhattan. In addition, he owns and operates PulsarSpaces.com, a resource for new development listings, updates, and blog relating to all things real estate in the city. Shaun is also a partner in Ameri-Global Senior Living Group, a company which is developing senior care properties in India.
