The Wharton chapter hosted a talk by Bulent Gultekin, Associate Professor of Finance at The Wharton School. Professor Gultekin is the Former Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, and was Chief Advisor to the Plenipotentiary of Ownership Changes at the Ministry. He played a significant role in designing the privatization programs for both Turkey and Poland and spoke about those experiences.
