Kenneth C. Griffin is the Founder and CEO of Citadel, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers and securities dealers.

Citadel includes a number of hedge funds engaged in alternative investment strategies. As of October 1, 2016, firmwide investment capital was approximately $26 billion.

Citadel Securities is a leading global market maker across a broad array of fixed income and equity securities.

Established in 1990, Citadel has over 1,700 team members in the world’s major financial centers.

Mr. Griffin serves on the Board of Trustees for the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Whitney Museum and the University of Chicago. Mr. Griffin received a bachelor's degree from Harvard College.
