The Adam Smith Society has launched virtual programming, a series of interactive online video briefings by policy experts on a variety of topics including the many dimensions of the evolving coronavirus crisis.

America is increasingly polarized around elections, but in his new book, Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow James Copland demonstrates how unelected and unaccountable agency leaders, administrative law judges, and other officials at both the state and local level control much of the government apparatus that affects our lives. In presenting his forthcoming The Unelected, Copland will document how we got to this troubling situation, and how to chart a corrective course.
